Parcel Packaging & Wrapping Guidelines

Printed e-Consignment Note is optional. You can write the e-Consignment Note number on the parcel.

  • Packaging of Items

Pack the individual items with appropriate packaging material which effectively protects the products from damage in the course of transportation while at the same time keeps the size minimal.

  • Size

The packaging size is to be kept minimal so that the ratio of volumetric gross weight is minimal. The sum of length, width and height of the package does not exceed 30cm.
• Calculation of Volumetric Weight / 6000
• 30cm (length) x 30cm (weight) x 30cm (height)

  • Weight Limitation

Please make sure the parcel is less than 5kg. Volumetric weight measurement will be used to calculate delivery charges when volumetric weight is greater than the gross weight.

How To Pack Your Parcel?

We have created a simple guide on how to pack your parcel.

Choose A New Box - Make sure the box is big enough for your item to fit into with a free gap all the way around. A new box is recommended, as second hand boxes may result in damage to your item, due to the box being weakened during use.

Wrap With Protective Material – Wrap your item with a protective material (ex. bubble wrap) and places it in the box with the packing materials (ex. packing peanuts) all the way around to fix your item from moving around in the box.

Seal With Quality Tape - Ensure to seal the box including the box's edges with good quality tape. You are able to double-box for the safety of your items by placing your box into a larger box separated with the packing materials (ex. packing peanuts) between the two boxes.

Address Your Parcel - Print the e-Consignment Note or write the e-Consignment Note number on the parcel clearly and get ready to send your parcel. If you used a second-handbox, you will need to ensure that any old delivery labels or details are removed or cross before delivery.
